FLEECE / AI BRAIN
The Enterprise Brain

The enterprise AI brain for every agent you run.

Connect your agents, tools, teams and documents to one live company brain. Every AI you use reads and writes the same graph — through MCP, local-first, end-to-end encrypted.

An enterprise AI brain is a single, live knowledge graph that connects every AI agent, tool and person in your company. Instead of each chatbot, copilot and custom agent starting from zero, they all read and write one shared memory — so context, decisions and ownership compound instead of scattering across a dozen disconnected tools.

01 · the problem

Every agent starts from zero.

Your company runs more AI every quarter — a sales copilot here, a support bot there, three custom agents a team built last sprint. Each one has its own memory, its own context window, its own idea of what's true.

Nobody can see the whole picture: which agents exist, what they know, what they cost, or who owns them. Knowledge that took months to build evaporates the moment a session ends.

02 · what it is

One graph underneath all of it.

An enterprise AI brain is the shared layer your agents were missing. It maps every agent, tool, integration and human onto one knowledge graph, then exposes that graph to any AI through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Ask Claude, Cursor, Cline or a custom agent a question and it queries the same brain — keyword, semantic and graph traversal, ranked together and returned with provenance.

  • +Shared memory every agent can read and write
  • +Queryable from any MCP-compatible client
  • +Answers carry their source — no hallucinated context
03 · for leadership

See what every agent does — and what it costs.

Click any node for live metrics: model, token spend, run-rate and owner — per agent. Leadership finally sees which agents are working, which are burning budget, and how every tool and team connects.

It's an org chart for your AI: a live, inspectable view of everything your organisation runs, knows and decides.

04 · the foundation

Local-first. Encrypted. Yours.

The brain is a folder of plain markdown on your own infrastructure — 100% Obsidian-compatible, no proprietary lock-in. Cloud sync is optional and end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

If Fleece disappeared tomorrow, your knowledge would still be on your disk, in a format any tool can read.

What the enterprise AI brain gives you.

Shared memory via MCP

Ten JSON-RPC tools drop into Claude, Cursor, Cline or any custom agent. They appear automatically in the tool list.

Live AI organisation map

Every agent, tool and human on one graph — who owns what, what's connected, what's running right now.

Per-agent cost tracking

Model, token spend and run-rate for each agent. Spot what's working and what's quietly burning budget.

Provenance on every answer

Hybrid keyword + semantic + graph recall returns real notes linked to their source — not invented context.

100% markdown vault

Plain .md files with YAML and [[wikilinks]]. Open the same folder in Obsidian. Your data is never trapped.

Governance built in

RBAC, audit logs and SSO so the brain scales from one founder to a whole organisation safely.

Questions about the enterprise AI brain.

What is an enterprise AI brain?+

It's a single, live knowledge graph that connects every AI agent, tool and person in a company to one shared memory. Agents read and write it through the Model Context Protocol, so context and decisions accumulate in one place instead of scattering across disconnected tools.

How is it different from a vector database or RAG pipeline?+

A vector DB stores embeddings; an enterprise AI brain is a typed knowledge graph with keyword, semantic and graph traversal combined, plus the agent/tool/owner map and per-agent cost on top. RAG is one retrieval pattern the brain supports — not the whole picture.

Which AI tools can connect to it?+

Anything that speaks MCP — Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Zed, the Fleece AI App and custom agents. Setup is one config block; the ten brain tools then appear automatically in each client's tool list.

Where does our data live?+

On your own infrastructure, as a folder of plain markdown files. Cloud sync is optional, opt-in and end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The format is open, so your knowledge is never locked in.

How do we get started?+

Connect your first sources, point your AI clients at the brain via MCP, and start a 14-day trial — no card required. Most teams have agents reading shared memory within an afternoon.
