Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Fleece AI Brain (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and encryption keys secure. Because cloud sync is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover your data if you lose your keys. Keep a backup.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the infrastructure. You retain all ownership of the content you store — it's yours.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on the pricing section.

Availability & warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard on reliability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because the product is local-first, your graph remains usable on your device even during a service outage.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
