How does a Fleece AI Brain connector work?
A connector is one sign-in from the desktop app. You authorise the tool once, and the Brain pulls its content into your local vault as Markdown notes with YAML frontmatter and wikilinks, then keeps syncing as things change. Content travels from the provider straight to your device — it never transits our servers.
How many tools can Fleece AI Brain sync?
20 today, each with its own deep page describing exactly what it syncs: Slack, Notion, Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Zendesk, Intercom, Linear, Asana, ServiceNow, Google Calendar, Box and Dropbox.
Where does the synced content end up?
In a folder on your own disk. Every synced item becomes a plain Markdown file indexed by a local SQLite database, so the vault opens in Obsidian or any text editor and stays readable with or without our app. Cloud sync between your own devices is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted.
Can my AI apps read what the connectors sync?
That is the point. The desktop app exposes the vault over the Model Context Protocol, so Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Zed and your own agents query the same graph — one shared memory instead of a separate, amnesiac context per tool.
Do connectors cost extra?
They are the paid lever, not an add-on. The local brain is free forever; Solo (€12/month) connects up to 3 sources, and Pro (€24/month) and Teams (€49/user/month) remove the cap. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, cancel anytime.
What if the tool we use is not on the list?
The vault is a folder of Markdown files, so anything you can export or write into it becomes part of the graph immediately — and because the format is open, a missing connector is a convenience gap, never a lock-out.
