The deal history is in the CRM. The reason you won is not.

Your CRM records what happened: stages, amounts, close dates. It rarely records why — the objection that nearly killed the deal, the champion who moved companies, the pricing exception someone approved in a Slack thread. That is the part a new rep needs, and the part every AI assistant is missing.

Fleece AI Brain gives sales teams one shared memory of how deals actually get won: it syncs Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and Slack into a local-first knowledge graph on your own machines, then serves it to Claude, Cursor and any MCP-compatible assistant. Account context survives handovers, territory changes and the reps who leave.

Every handover starts by rebuilding context from scratch

Sales knowledge is unusually perishable. It lives in email threads, call notes nobody re-reads, calendar invites, and the private Slack channel where the deal was really worked. The CRM captures the skeleton and loses the reasoning, which is exactly the part that would help the next person.

So a territory change costs weeks. A rep leaves and their accounts go quiet. A prospect asks the same question they asked eight months ago and gets a different answer. And the AI assistants the team now leans on can only see whichever tab is open, so they cheerfully summarise a thread while missing the thing that actually decided the deal.

  • A renewal conversation reopens a pricing objection that was already resolved, in writing, a year earlier.
  • The champion changes jobs and nobody notices the relationship was tied to one person.
  • Two reps give the same account different answers because neither can see the other's history.
  • An AI assistant drafts a follow-up that contradicts a commitment made on a call last quarter.

The account, not the record

The Brain syncs your revenue surfaces into one typed graph: accounts, opportunities and activity from Salesforce and HubSpot, the email threads from Gmail and Outlook, the meetings from Google Calendar, and the Slack channels where deals get discussed. Each becomes a Markdown note linked to the account it belongs to, so an account node accumulates its own history instead of scattering across five tools.

Because the graph is exposed over MCP, the assistants your team already uses read it directly. Ask what happened with an account and the answer cites the thread and the date rather than paraphrasing whatever fragment was in the context window. And since the vault is plain files on your machines, customer conversations are not being deposited into another vendor's cloud — which tends to matter to whoever signs off on data handling.

The 8 Best AI Memory Tools for Teams in 2026

We've run our own agents against every serious option on the market, and the pattern is clear: teams need memory that persists, that a whole fleet of AI apps can read, and that doesn't scatter your knowledge across a dozen clouds. Here are the eight AI memory tools we'd actually recommend in 2026, ranked and compared.

The AI Organization Map: One Inspectable Graph for Every Agent, Tool and Person

A spreadsheet of AI agents is stale the moment you save it. An AI organization map — one live, inspectable graph of every agent, tool and person — shows leadership what each agent does, what it costs and who owns it. Here's how to build one.

AI Agent Cost Tracking: How to Know What Your Agents Actually Cost

Most companies can tell you their total OpenAI or Anthropic bill, but not which agent spent it or why. Here's how to do AI agent cost tracking properly — per-agent token spend, run-rate, and anomaly detection — and turn a flat invoice into a map you can act on.

How a sales team starts

  1. 01

Connect the CRM and the inbox

Salesforce or HubSpot plus Gmail or Outlook covers most of what matters. The point is to get records and conversations into the same graph, because separately neither tells the whole story.

  2. 02

Add the rooms where deals are discussed

Slack channels and the calendar fill in the reasoning between records — the objection raised on a call, the exception approved in a thread, the meeting that changed the timeline.

  3. 03

Ask your assistant about a real account

Point Claude or your assistant of choice at the Brain over MCP and ask what happened with a live account. The answer should cite threads and dates. If it cannot, you have found a gap worth connecting.

  4. 04

Make handovers a query, not a meeting

When territories move, the incoming rep reads the account's history from the graph instead of booking three calls to reconstruct it from other people's memories.

Sales questions

Does this replace Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. Your CRM stays the system of record for pipeline and forecasting. The Brain syncs from it and adds the layer the CRM was never designed to hold: the conversations, threads and reasoning around each account, in a form your AI tools can query.

Can it see customer emails? Is that a problem?

The Gmail and Outlook connectors sync the mailbox you authorise, and the content travels from the provider straight to your device rather than through our servers. The vault sits on your machine, so email content is not being copied into a third-party cloud index.

What does a rep actually do differently?

Less reconstruction. Instead of scrolling three tools before a call, they ask the assistant what happened with the account and get an answer that cites the thread and the date. The behaviour change is small; the time saved shows up on every handover.

What happens when a rep leaves?

The account history stays in the shared graph rather than in their inbox. On the Teams plan, vaults are shared across users with role-based access, so the knowledge is an organisational asset instead of a personal one.

Can we control who sees which accounts?

On Teams, yes — cross-user sharing with role-based access control, plus an audit log and SSO through Google or Microsoft. Solo and Pro are built for individuals and small teams working from one vault.

How much does it cost for a sales team?

Teams is €49 per user per month and is the plan built for shared accounts and access control. Solo (€12) and Pro (€24) suit individuals. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, cancel anytime.
